Kathryn is passionate about the power of the written word, especially when penned to perfection through excellent editing. Whether doing interviews, editorial commentary or feature articles for Leading Possibilities, she is determined to make an impact. As a former college Academic Program Chair Kathryn managed the weekly campus newspaper and did report writing for the college’s nationally distributed ARTISTIK magazine. She taught English, receiving outstanding instructor awards throughout her tenure. Kathryn is a reader/judge for Pacific NW Writer’s annual literary contest. She is published in 8 short story collections and holds 6 writing awards for fiction. Her novel Benjamin (a New Century Quarterly Finalist) will be released May of 2013 by Winter Goose Publishing.
